26.53.00 - System Facility Separation

Development version 26.53.00 adds a controlled way to establish one facility from a Professional or Enterprise system as an independent Essentials client.

Highlights​

  • A selected system facility can receive its own Essentials subscription and workspace.
  • A former standalone workspace and its original subdomain are restored when retained settings are available.
  • Facilities created within a system receive a new unique subdomain and a designated or newly invited administrator.
  • Users whose primary facility is separated move to the Essentials client and no longer retain access to the original system.
  • Users who had the facility only as an additional assignment remain with the system without access to the separated facility.
  • Facility-only incident history moves with the facility. Incidents involving other system facilities remain with the system and retain their historical facility context.
