Operational time controls and loading reliability

Development version 26.39.01 improves operational time entry and the reliability of Incident Overview loading.

Highlights​

  • Incident and operational-period date and time controls now follow the effective time-display setting for the incident's lead facility.
  • A workspace using 24-hour time displays separate Date and Time (24-hour) controls when an Incident Commander establishes an operational period.
  • Facility overrides continue to take precedence over the workspace default.
  • Incident Overview handles a temporary read failure more gracefully and avoids presenting a raw response as a user-facing error.

The time-display setting changes clock notation only. It does not alter the facility timezone, incident timestamp, or operational-period boundaries.
