Activation Level status controls

Development version 26.44.01 adds a reversible lifecycle for Activation Levels that should no longer be used for new incidents.

Highlights​

  • Authorized administrators can inactivate an Activation Level after reviewing a confirmation warning.
  • Inactive levels remain visible in HICS Configuration with a clear status and can be reactivated later.
  • Only active Activation Levels are available on Create Incident.
  • Existing incidents retain their original Activation Level and activated HIMT history after the configured level is inactivated.
  • Inactivation and reactivation are recorded in audit history.
