HICS Configuration editor refinements
Development version 26.44.02 consolidates Incident Response Guide, Activation Level, and Command Center lifecycle controls into their existing Edit workflows.
Highlights
- Separate row-level Activation Level status and deletion actions are removed.
- Administrators select Edit and use Activation Level is active to control whether the level is available for new incidents.
- Activation Level deletion is available from the Edit form and retains its permanent-deletion confirmation and incident-history protection.
- Incident Response Guide cards use a single Edit action. Deletion of an unused guide is available from the Edit Incident Response Guide form.
- Command Center Add and Edit forms use Command Center is active instead of a status dropdown.
- Command Center cards use the consistent Edit label.
- Administrators can delete an unused Command Center from its Edit form after confirming the warning. Locations already used by an incident are retained.
- Active and inactive badges remain visible on the Activation Levels card.
- Status and permitted deletion changes retain audit history, active-only incident selection, and historical incident protections.
