Facility lifecycle and workspace administration
Development version 26.41.00 strengthens facility lifecycle and workspace administration while preserving organization records and user accountability.
Highlights
- Tenant Administrators for Professional and Enterprise organizations can add facilities directly from Facility Information.
- Facility deactivation identifies users who will be suspended and users who need a new primary facility before the change can continue.
- Users assigned only to a deactivated facility are signed out and placed in Access suspended status. Their sign-in message explains why access is not available.
- Reactivating a facility does not automatically reactivate user accounts. Tenant Administrators can review and restore each account intentionally.
- Facility Administrators can edit permitted facility information but cannot deactivate or reactivate a facility.
- Facility status changes now appear as Facility deactivated and Facility reactivated in audit history instead of appearing as generic edits.
- Facility Administrator time settings now present the same direct 12-hour and 24-hour choices used by Tenant Administrators while remaining limited to the administered facility.
- Facility and user-profile editing workflows include direct Back actions for returning to the updated detail view.
- Sign-in provides clearer suspended-account guidance, while repeated unsuccessful attempts remain subject to a temporary safety limit.

These improvements are available in the AWS development environment. The remaining subscription capability definitions and operational-command workflows will continue to be refined separately.
